3/4 c spelt flour
1 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
1 1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 c currants
1 c finely chopped, peeled apple
1 egg, slightly beaten
1/2 c brown rice syrup
1/2 c oil (sunflower or other)
1/3 c milk

Also Wheat Free. These Cookies Are A Bit Crumbly, But Yummy.
