    5 egg whites
    1/3 cup WW flour
    1/3 frozen peas
    3 scallions, thinly sliced
    1 Tbsp grated ginger
    1 Tbsp soy sauce
    salt/pepper to taste
    2 tsp sesame oil
    1 medium carrot, shredded
    1 Tbsp sesame seeds - optional (not in cal count)
