    (Or 2oz Plain Gluten Free flour with 2 tsp Baking Powder and 2 tsp Xanthan Gum)
    1 tsp Mixed spice
    1 tsp Cinammon Powder
    1 lg pinch Nutmeg, ground,
    10 oz mixed dried fruit of choice: Raisins, sultanas, currants, dates, apricots, figs, peaches (chopped)
    4 oz Cherries
    2 oz hazelnuts/almonds/walnuts/brazil nuts
    2 oz Chocolate Drops/Chocolate Chips
    1 tblsp Brandy, Whisky or Rum (optional)
    1 Lemon
    1 Lime
    1 Orange
    1 tsp Vanilla Extract
