1 chicken breast, cooked, without oil
half of one med. apple, chopped
1/8 c slivered almonds (less calories than pecans)
1/8 c dried cranberries
1/8 c feta cheese (less calories than blue)
10 sprays, Ken's Lite Accents Salad Dressing, Raspberry Walnut Vinaigrette

This Is A Recipe I Came Up With Because I LOVE Wendy's Apple Pecan Salad So Much, But It's Too High Calorie. :(i Have Not Yet Tested This Recipe So If You Find That The Ingredients Need To Be Adjusted, Please Let Me Know!
