    901 grams Acorn Squash, Seeded and Diced
    1/2 C Kitchen Basics Unsalted Vegetable Stock
    1/2 tsp Thyme, Ground
    1 TBS Fresh Sage, Chopped
    1 15.5oz Can Cannellini Beans, Rinsed and Drained
    1/2 C Panko Breadcrumbs (Ian's Whole Wheat)
    1 oz Parmigiano Reggiano Cheese, Grated
    Fresh Ground Black Pepper to Taste
