2 tsp Scallions
1/2 cup Walnuts
4 Tbsp Mayonnaise
6 Matzo crackers
Spices: black pepper, pinch of celery salt, paprika, & parsley.
Optional: Great additions to help bulk it up & make it taste better are Crasins or Apples & Feta Cheese instead of mayo use balsamic vinegar.
