Beef-and-butternut Squash Chili

Ingredients

    1 pound extra-lean ground beef (93/7 Ground Turkey would be just as good... 160 cal per 4 oz)
    1 green bell pepper, chopped (left out)
    1 medium onion, chopped
    2 garlic cloves, minced
    2 (14.5-ounce) cans Mexican-style stewed tomatoes, chopped
    1 4 oz can diced green chilies
    1 (16-ounce) can chili beans
    Butternut squash, peeled and cubed (about 3 cups)
    2 cups no salt added chicken broth
    1 1/2 teaspoons ground cumin
    1 1/2 teaspoons chili powder
    1 T tomato paste (optional)
    2 cups frozen corn kernels
    Worchestishire sauce
    Franks Hot Sauce
