    3 cloves garlic, finely minced
    3-4 tbsp fresh lemon juice
    3 tbsp Tahini
    1/2 tsp salt
    1/2 tsp cumin
    1/8 tsp garam masala (optional)
    1/2 cup low-fat plain yogurt
    1 ripe avocado
