2 1/2 quarts Water
5 cups Reduced fat, less sodium chicken broth
2 cups all purpose flour
2 tsp Baking Powder
1/4 cup vegetable shortening
3/4 cup Skim Milk
1 cup fresh sliced mushrooms
2 tbsp dried parsley
