4 oz. pimentos ( 1 small jar, roasted red bell pepper can be subbed)
1.5 tsp salt or to taste
3 heaping Tbs. nutritional yeast flakes
1/2 tsp onion powder
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1 Tbs. cornstarch
1 Tbs. Arrowroot powder (or cornstarch or flour)
1/3 cup raw cashews
1 Tbs. lemon juice (I used a lime)
A few shots of hot sauce (I like Louisiana)
