Warming Winter Chilly

Ingredients

    1 can pinto beans, drained and rinsed
    1 can organic kidney beans (ONLY organic! regular have sugar/corn syrup added), drained and rinsed
    1/2 medium onion, diced
    2 small cloves garlic, mashed or minced
    1 large carrot, chopped
    1 stalk celery, chopped
    1/2 cup diced green bell pepper
    1/2 large zucchini, chopped
    1/4 cup favorite salsa
    2 tsp chili powder
    2 tsp cumin powder
    1/4 tsp paprika
    1 tsp cilantro
    2 tsp lime juice
    2 cups vegetable stock
    3/4 cup Greek style yogurt (or any plain yogurt, strained for 1-2 hours).
