Ingredients
- 1/2 acorn squash, grilled or baked until soft
1T butter
1T olive oil
1 large egg
1/2C Textured Vegetable Protein (TVP)
2t seasoning (I used Uncle Eddie's Jamaican Jerk Sauce-I don't think this is in grocery stores, but he does have a web site: Uncleeddiesauce.com; you can use whatever seasonings you like)
