Amy's Greek Eggs


    1 cup Egg beaters or egg substitue
    1 cup raw baby or regular spinach
    1 clove garlic
    1/2 cup chopped tomatoes
    2 tbsp raw onion, chopped
    1 oz feta cheese, crumbled


This Is Just Something I Whipped Up One Mornign And It Was Really Good. Sometimes I Even Add Mushrooms. It Is A Great Souce Of Protein!
