Amazing Vegetable Lasagna


    5 small yellow squash
    .5 c cooked broccoli
    .5 c cooked cauliflower
    1.5 raw spinach
    .5 c sliced zucchini
    .75 c spaghetti sauce (preferably low-cal... mine was 60cal per .5c)
    .5 c fat free cottage cheese
    .25c ricotta cheese
    2 oz white cheese blend (abt. 200cal worth)


My Husband Hates Sqash And Zucchini, But Loved This Recipe Even Though They're The Main Ingredient!! He Went Back For Seconds!
