Apple Stuffed Squash


    Cut squash in half lengthwise and remove seeds. Bake cut side down at 400 degrees for 30-40 minutes. Meanwhile, brown ground beef and drain off fat. When baked remove squash from shell (retain shells). To cooked beef, add salt, cinnamon, apples, raisins and squash, stirring until well combined. Spoon mixture in shells. Add Splenda brown sugar blend to melted butter and spoon equal portions over the top of the stuffed squash shells. Bake at 400 degrees for 30 minutes.
