- 4 small corn tortillas
2 skinless chicken breasts about 8 oz each or 16 oz total
1 green apple
1 large sweet potato
4 wedges of Laughing Cow Light Blue Cheese (leave out while cook to make it room temp)
1/4 cup of walnuts
Half of a small container of Oikos Greek Yogurt - Plain (or approx 3 oz)
2 tsp of honey
Some nutmeg
Some cinnamon
