Ingredients
- 12 oz bag Great Value Steamable broccoli, cauliflower, and carrots.
1 cup of Fresh Spinach packed
1 can Cream of Celery soup
1 can Cream of Mushroom soup
1 Tbsp Parmesan cheese
1 8oz pkg, shredded mozzarella cheese
1 cup Low Fat Cottage Cheese
1 Tbsp garlic powder
2 tsp Paul Prudhomme's Pizza & Pasta Magic
Cook vegetables according to package. Mix the soups, cottage cheese, mozzarella cheese, parmesan cheese, garlic powder, and pizza magic together. Place 3 of the lasagna noodles on bottom of a pan sprayed with cooking spray. Top with soup and cheese mixture. On top of soup mixture put spinach. Top this layer with 3 lasagna noodle, and top with more soup mixture, reserving enough to put on top of last layer of lasagna noodles. Bake 375 for 30 to 45 minutes.
