Apricot Bread


    6oz (3/4 cup) dried apricots cut into small pieces
    2 cups water
    2 tbls butter
    1/2 cup sugar
    1/2 cup splenda
    1 egg, slightly beaten
    1 tsp vanilla
    1 1/2 cups whole wheat flour
    2 cups flour
    1/2 cup nonfat dry milk powder
    2 tsp baking powder
    1 tsp baking soda
    1 tspsalt
    1/4 tsp cinnamon
    1/2 cup orange juice


This Bread Is A Bit More Dense Than My Others, But Very Yummy! Very Low Calorie And Provides Some Great Vitamins!
