Bean Bonanza Salad

Ingredients

    SALAD INGREDIENTS:
    28 oz (796 ml) can Red Kidney Beans
    19 oz (540 ml) can Black Beans
    14 oz (398 ml) can Pinto Beans
    19 oz (540 ml) can Garbanzo Beans (Chick Peas)
    14 oz (398 ml) can cut green beans
    2 red or white onions, diced
    1 red pepper, diced
    1 yellow or orange pepper, diced
    3 large stalks celery, diced
    DRESSING:
    2/3 cup balsamic vinegar
    1/3 cup white or cider vinegar
    1/3 cup granulated Splenda
    1/3 cup canola oil
    Reserved bean liquid to make 1 cup when added to canola oil
    2 tsp freshly ground pepper (or more to taste)
    2 tbsp dried dill weed (also try oregano or tarragon; use fresh if you have it!)
