Jon's Crab Cakes


    2 cans crab meat (drained)
    1 large can (3 oz) pink salmon (drained)
    1/3 can (10 oz) New England Clam Chowder
    1 T. lime juice
    1 t. ground ginger
    1 t. lemon pepper seasoning
    2 t. crushed red pepper flakes
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    3/4 c. chopped mixed bell peppers (red, yellow and green)
    1 T. canola oil
    1/2 c. frozen white sweet corn kernels
    2 t. garlic salt
    2 large eggs
    2 c. panko bread crumbs
    2 t. parmesan cheese
    1 T. ground black pepper
