Ingredients

    12 oz salmon filet (skin and bones removed)
    1/2 small onion - minced
    1/4 cup fresh tomatoes - small dice (can-substitute,drain)
    1 clove garlic - minced
    1/4 cup chicken / vegetable broth
    7.5 oz black beans, rinse & drain
    1/2 T. chili powder
    1/2 T. cumin powder
    about 2 cups shredded romaine lettuce(optional)
    1/2 ripe avocado - sliced
    Fresh herb sauce:
    1 1/2 T fresh chopped cilantro
    1 T fresh chopped mint
    1 T fresh chopped basil
    1 1/2 T fresh lemon juice
    1 1/2 T olive oil
    1/8 cup pumpkins seeds - chopped, roasted-not salted
    salt & pepper to taste
