1 1/2 T fresh chopped cilantro
1 T fresh chopped mint
1 T fresh chopped basil
1 1/2 T fresh lemon juice
1 1/2 T olive oil
1/8 cup pumpkins seeds - chopped, roasted-not salted
salt & pepper to taste
