- tofu shirataki -8 oz (one bag)
Unseasoned rice vinegar - 1 tbs.
Jennie-O Turkey Breast Tenderloin - 3.2 oz **
Minced Garlic - 3 tsp
Kikkoman Memmi - 2 tbsp ***
Tamari Soy sauce - 1 tbsp ****
Sake, 14.8 mL *****
Nonstick cooking spray
** This happened to be what I had left over. You can substitute in cooked chicken breast, pork, shrimp, whatever! Just adjust the calories accordingly!
*** Substitute in teriyaki sauce if you can't get Memmi... even better if it's low sodium!
**** Use low-sodium if you wish. I find the taste of Tamari to be richer, though.
***** Substitute 1 tbs dry white wine if you don't have sake

This Is How I Prepared Tofu Shirataki Noodles For The First Time, Utilizing Just Pantry Items And Some Left Over Turkey. Of Course It Was The One Time I Was Out Of Frozen Stir-fry Veggie Mix, So I'd Suggest Adding A Bag If You Want To Bulk It Up!
