Soft Pretzels

Ingredients

    3.5 tsp active dry yeast
    1 1/4 cup warm water (110 degrees F)
    1 tsp sugar

    4 cups all purpose flour
    1/2 cup white sugar
    1 tbs vegetable oil (i use canola)

    1/2 cup baking soda
    4 cups water (hot)
    1 tbsp cup kosher salt (i use less, but just use what you want)

Better Than The Mall Pretzels And Cheaper!! You Can Substitute The Butter For A Healthier Version (but It Just Might Not Taste As Good, Ha). Also, I Have Tried Using Wheat Flour, And Don't! It Just Tastes Like Wheat Bagels. So Live A Little, Reward Yourse
