- All vegetables are diced in approx half inch cubes.
300 grms Pumpkin
300 gms Sweet Potato
200 gms swede (Rutabagas)
300 gms Celery
250 gms Carrots
1 cup Green Beans
1 Medium Brown Onion
2 cloves Crushed Garlic
1 can Diced Tomamtoes
4 Cups salt reduced Chicken Stock
1 cup dried soup mix (barley etc soaked in water overnight)
Ground Black Pepper to taste.
