    2 Cans of Tuna
    2 Celery stalks
    1 tsp yellow mustard
    2 Bell Peppers (any color, I like red, yellow, or Orange most)
    2 slices lowfat american singles
    4 tbsp. Guacamole
    some Mrs. Dash Seasoning (or other)
