Absorption Penne With Mushrooms And Spinach


    100 grams (3.5 ounces) penne pasta, uncooked

    1 tbsp olive oil

    1/4 onion, chopped

    2 cloves garlic, minced

    1 cup vegetable stock (or chicken broth)

    5 button mushrooms, sliced

    2 cups fresh spinach, washed and dried

    salt and pepper to taste


A Simple, Delicious Pasta That Uses The Absorption Method (similar To Risotto). The Starch On The Pasta Makes A Wonderfully Creamy Sauce. This Can Be Make As Directed, Or Left On The Stove A Bit Longer To Carmelize.
