1 cup water
Filling:
2 oz Creme de Menthe (or Peppermint Schnapps works too)
1/2 cup vegetable shortening
1/2 cup white sugar
1 cup icing sugar
1/2 tsp vanilla
green food colouring
Glaze:
8 oz semi-sweet Baker's chocolate
1/4 cup heavy cream
1/4 cup butter, cubed
2/3 cup icing sugar
1 tsp vanilla
