- 1 Pint of Heavy Cream (or half and half â do not use real milk)
1 stick of real butter or Â½ cup real butter
2 Tablespoons Cream Cheese
Â½ to Â¾ cup Parmesan Cheese
1 Teaspoon garlic powder
In a small saucepan, combine butter, heavy cream and cream cheese.
Stir ingredients together and simmer until melted.
Add Parmesan cheese and garlic powder.
Add salt and pepper if desired for taste.
Simmer until sauce thickens to desired consistency
