    1/4 c applesauce
    1/3 c flour

    Optional ingredients:

    1/4 c Uncooked instant oatmeal (plain)
    chopped walnuts or pecans to taste
    Crystal Light powdered, low calorie pink lemonade mix (or other fruit flavor) to taste
