- Cottage Cheese, 2% Milkfat, .25 cup
(you can also use fat free I like Breakstone brand, but the 2% was on sale so that's what i used here)
*Pears, canned, heavy syrup pack, .5 cup
(this is about 4-5 slices) You can also use fresh, or light pears or another canned or fresh fruit.
I Just Throw This Together For Breakfast Or A Snack. You Could Use Light Canned Pears Or Another Canned Fruit, Sometimes I Also Use Fresh Pears. Also You Can Use Fat Free Cottage Cheese, Or Lower Fat Cottage Cheese.
