Ingredients

    1 TBP dried minced onion
    1 tea Celery Seed
    2 eggs or 4 egg whites
    2 tea Corn Starch
    1/2 cup Part Skim or FF Ricotta Cheese
    1/4 cup Lowfat 1/2% milk
    5 slices 2% Sliced Swiss Cheese or 1 cup shredded
    1 can Pink Salmon drained
    12 spears Asparagus (Steamed 3 minutes)
