All Veggie Spaghetti


    3 T. Virgin Olive OilGarlic, 1 clove
    2 Cups Tomatoes - fresh and diced.
    6 Cups cooked Spaghetti Squash
    (you can substitute butter for olive oil for a change in flavor. Calories stay the same, but type of fats changes)

    Cook 2 large spaghetti squash. For information on how to do this go to:

    Mince garlic. Add with olive oil.

    Place spaghetti squash "noodles" into large bowl. Stir in oil, garlic, and diced tomato. Serve hot.
