Apple Oatmeal Muffins


    Dry Ing:
    4 cups bisquick baking mix
    2 tbsp ground cinnamon
    1 cup splenda granulated no calorie sweetener
    1/2 cup chopped fresh walnuts
    1/4 cup golden raisins

    Wet Ing:
    2 cups diced, unpeeled apples, your choice
    1 tbsp lemon juice
    2 tea vanilla or other extract
    1 cup 1% milk
    1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
    2 cups unsweetened applesauce
    2 large eggs, slightly beaten


These Are Nice Moist Muffins And Count For One Carb Choice When Doing Diabetic Carb Exchange.
