    3/4 pound asparagus -- trimmed
    1 hard-boiled egg -- peeled and halved
    1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
    3 tablespoons olive oil
    1 tablespoon minced fresh dill weed
    1 tablespoon drained capers
    Salt and pepper

I Got This Recipe From Cdkitchen.com And We Loved It. It Isn't Exactly Low Fat But As A Side Dish It's Nice. I Didn't Calculate All Of The Oil Into The Nutritional Info Because Much Of It Gets Left Behind.
