Butternut/sweetpotato Soup - 10/2 Cup Servings

Ingredients

    1 large butternut squash baked and seeded
    3 small butternut squash baked and seeded
    1 large baked sweet potato
    24 oz jar of Musselman's cinnamon applesauce
    2 cans 14.5 oz College Inn Chicken Broth 99% fat free
    1 medium yellow onion small chop
    2 large shallots finely chopped
    1.5 tsp curry powder
    1 T ground cinnamon
    1 T ground cloves
    2 tsp. fresh ground nutmeg
    .5 cup of dried sweetened cranberries
    salt and pepper to taste
