1 can red kidney beans, with liquid (20 oz)
1 can chili beans in medium sauce, with liquid (16 oz)
1 tsp salt
1 tsp oregano
1 tsp cumin
½ tsp freshly ground black pepper
2 tbsp chili powder
Shredded sharp cheddar cheese and/or lowfat sour cream (optional)
