Disappearing Homemade Ganola

Ingredients

    3 cups Oatmeal, uncooked
    2 cups Crisp Rice cereal
    1/2 tsp Cinnamon, ground
    1/2 tsp Ginger, ground
    1/2 tsp Vanilla extract
    1 tsp Canola or vegetable oil
    1/4 cup Apple juice, unsweetened
    6 tbsp Honey
    1/4 cup Almonds, Slivered
    1/4 cup Craisins
    1/4 cup Raisins

    Optional: Any additional dried fruits or nuts that you enjoy
