Tuna Cakes

Ingredients

    12-oz. can tuna, drained
    1 egg
    1/2 tsp. celery salt (I use celery seed)
    1/4 tsp. onion powder
    1/4 tsp. black pepper
    2 oz. cheddar cheese, shredded
    2 T. grated parmesan cheese

    Opt. 2 T. peanut oil for frying (I use greased griddle)
    Not included in caloric count

    ------------
    Homemade Tar Sauce opt. (not included in caloric count):
    2 T. Hellmann's Light Mayonnaise
    1 T. dill pickle relish
    dash celery seed
    dash black pepper
    dill (for garnish)- dried or fresh

    Mix. Chill. Put small dollop over each tuna cake. Makes 3 servings. Less than 50 calories/serving.
