Ingredients

    3/4 cup of brown rice or 1 large potato with skins (baked)
    7 almonds, 7 cashews
    1/2 ripe sliced avocado
    1/4 cup cherry tomatoes or tomato chuncks

    Dressing:
    1 tsp olive oil
    1 tsp balsamic vinegar
