Carly's Low Carb Tamale Pie

Ingredients

    Crust:
    4 ounces cream cheese, softened
    4 eggs
    1/4 tsp Lawry's garlic salt
    1/2 teaspoon Tajin seasoning
    3 ounces colby cheese, shredded
    1 tsp baking powder
    3 tbsp blanched almond meal/flour

    Filling:
    1 lb ground beef (I used lean for the calculations)
    1/2 chopped raw yellow onion
    1 clove minced garlic
    1 medium green bell pepper, chopped
    1/4 cup frozen yellow corn
    1 - 8 oz can tomato sauce (no sugar added)
    1 small can sliced ripe olives (about 4 oz)
    1 tsp chili powder (or to taste)
    1 tsp cumin powder (or to taste)
    1 tsp paprika (or to taste)
    1 tbsp black pepper (or to taste)

    Topping:
    1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
    1/2 cup diced scallions (green onions)
