Ingredients

    5 links, Andouille Sausage
    1 lb Chicken Thigh or Breast, bone and skin removed
    1 lb raw medium Shrimp, peeled
    1 medium Onion, chopped
    3 stalks celery chopped
    1 Green Pepper, chopped
    1 Red Pepper, chopped
    1 32 oz can Diced Tomatoes, No Salt Added, with liquid
    2 cups Brown Minute Rice
    2 cups Beef Broth
    2 Tbsp dried Parsley Flakes
    1 tsp dried Basil
    1/2 tsp dried Thyme
    1/4 tsp Black Pepper
    1/8 tsp Cayenne Pepper
    2 Tbsp Butter or Margerine
