    1/2 cup raisins
    1 Tbs baking powder
    1 tsp ground cinnamon
    1/2 tsp salt
    1/8 tsp ground nutmeg
    1/8 tsp ground ginger
    1/2 cup milk (regular or soy)
    1/2 cup olive oil (or butter/margarine/etc.)
    2 eggs
