Pasta Salad (italian)

Ingredients

    Bag of vegetable spiral pasta (cooked & cooled)
    1 C salad beans (or any canned bean you like)
    15 black olives, sliced thin
    8 marinated artichoke pieces, diced small
    3 oz salami (I use Applegate)
    21 cubes marinated feta
    1 roasted red pepper, diced small
    1.3 oz of sun-dried tomatoes (in o.o.), diced small
    3/4 C grated parmesan
    1/3 C green onions (or red, if you prefer)
    2 T fresh cilantro, chopped
    salt (as desired)
    3/4 C Italian vinaigrette (I used Olive Oil vinagrette by Bolthouse)

Ok, The Chopping Is A Bit Time-consuming, But This Salad Is Super Yummy And Great For Picnics, Potlucks, And Absolutely Delish As Left-overs! Plus, It's Super Versatile - You Can Swap Out Different Cheeses, Go Greek, Make It Vegetarian, Or Even Add Dried
