2 mandarin oranges chopped
1 stalk celery, chopped
1/4 cup raisins or currants
1/2 cup cashews, toasted
1 cup (1%) yogurt
1 small, ripe avocado (1 cup mashed)
1/2 tsp lemon rind
3 T. honey (or to taste)
