    2 cups mixture of shitake, baby bella, and oyster mushrooms sliced
    3 tbs extra virgin olive oil
    0.5 cup lemon juice
    0.25 tsp low sodium salt
    0.50 black pepper
    0.50 crushed red pepper
    basil and oregano to taste
    0.5 fresh avocado diced
    4 tbs shredded parmesan cheese
    8 oz Barilla whole wheat pasta
