1/4 teaspoon onion powder
1/8 teaspoon pepper
1 cup (8 oz) reduced-fat sour cream
2 cups cubed fully cooked lean ham
1 1/2 cups (6 oz) reduced-fat shredded cheddar cheese
1/4 cup parmesan cheese
