- These are the ingredients for a HALF recipe. Makes 12 small muffins
1 C almond flour
1 t Baking soda
1/2 t salt
1 1/2 t cinnamon
1/2 C chopped dates
1 1/2 bananas (I used 2 and it worked fine)
1 1/2 eggs (I used 2 and it worked fine)
1/2 t Apple cider vinegar
1/8 C coconut oil
3/4 C shredded carrots
3/8 C chopped pecans
