Ingredients

    1 box Mochiko Sweet Rice Flour (small white box w/blue star on front)

    2 eggs

    3 cups milk

    3/4 stick butter (melted)

    1 teaspoon baking powder

    1 1/2 cups sugar (3/4 cups Splenda Sugar Blend)

    1 teaspoon vanilla extract

    1/2 cup wheat flour (Bisquick will do)

    1 small bag shredded coconut (7 ounces)
