Ingredients
- 1 head romaine (50 g each serv)
5 oz spinach (1.5 oz each serv)
4 lrg hard boil eggs
6 slices bacon, crumbled
1 cuke, halved seeded cut 1/4" slices
2 avocados 1/2" cubes
12 oz cooked chicken breast
1.5 bell pepper or 2 large toms, chopped
evan adds bleu cheese (1 oz per serv)
Serve w/ red wine vinaigrette w/ chives
