2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1 tablespoon honey
1 1/2 cups flour (whole grain or white whatever you prefer)
1 teaspoon baking soda
2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
3 cups of oats (rooled, quick whatever you have)
1 cup of raisions (optional)
